Pushkar Sharma

Pushkar is as one-half of the spoken-word duo, BROWNSTAR, which seeks humorous depth through a unique blend of poetry and theatre (www.brownstarrevolution.com). Most recently Chicago's Rasaka Theatre company premiered his poetry-infused play, Midnite's Vultures, as part of their culture/clash and he produced and performed in UNIFICATION, an event that brought together a variety of South-Asian performers for a joint celebration of the Pakistani and Indian Independence days, in New York City.
